Top Leader Interview with Liz Medley

Liz Medley is one of the top leaders in her network marketing company. She is a powerhouse when it comes to utilizing social media to build her business. Last year, she was part of the Social Media Panel and Eric Worre’s Network Marketing Go Pro Event. When I talk about branding yourself, Liz is an example of what I’m talking about.

Tell us a little bit about your network marketing journey.

I was a salon owner for eleven and a half years. Four months into my network marketing journey I sold the salon. I've been a network marketer since May 2014. I fell in love with the products and knew there was a huge market for it.

What is one piece of business advice that you'd give to someone just starting out in network marketing?

You need a downline, not an upline. Learn as much as you can about the network marketing industry and the skills and take massive action.

What 3 steps or tools do you give new team members so they have a great business start?

1. We have a Facebook group for our team
2. Team members opt into my email training for 30 days so they know what they need to do to launch their business
3. We get them plugged into our weekly zoom training

What 3 (or less) simple tools do you use to keep your business running smoothly?

1. Facebook messenger to communicate with team members, customers, potential customers, and new contacts
2. QuickBooks for bookkeeping
3. Ontraport – a CRM system

What does an average working day look like for you?

Every day is different, but I always do the same tasks. I follow up with customers, I add people to my Facebook, I invite 5 people to check out my business. I will work for about 45 minutes and get up do something non-productive and get back on it for 45 minutes. I work about 5 hours – 7 hours a day.

How can people find out more about you and your training?
